We founded Glitterbug Junkie with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. OUR SHIPPING POLICY
At Glitterbug Junkie I use Royal Mail for all orders. Items are sent 2nd class, 2nd class signed for and all ashes products are sent signed for next day delivery. Please be aware that parcels will require a signature. You will receive a message or email to confirm your order has been dispatched.
Should your parcel get lost in the system, then after 10 days plus the expected delivery time, I will resend the item. I will be able to check on the status of signed for and tracked orders.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If there is a problem with your order or you are not happy with it please, the first thing to do is contact me either on here or on Facebook. I will do my best to rectify the problem as swiftly as I can.
If the item is personalised and you decide after receiving it that you longer need or want the product that unfortunately it can not be returned. All items which are personalised can not be sold on. Personalised means adding name, date of birth, personal quote.
If your item arrives damaged, I need you to send me photographs of the packaging and the item as damaged. I will then refund or replace the item as long as the damage was done in transit.
If you no longer want the item and it isn't personalised then please return the item and you will get a full refund on postage and the price of the object as long as I receive it in perfect condition. It would be best to send it back in the original packaging. If it isn't packaged appropriately and I receive it damaged I can only give you a partial refund as I can no longer sell on the product.
